If something goes wrong
WhatsApp us on 082 280 7628 with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. A person reads every message and you will get an answer the same working day, not a ticket number.
Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Keep your invoice: it shows the grade you bought, which is what your warranty is based on.
