New
- What it is
- Factory-sealed, never unpacked. Exactly what you would buy at a big retailer, for less.
- Warranty
- The full manufacturer's warranty, claimed through the brand or through us.
- Getting it home
- Delivered anywhere in South Africa by The Courier Guy, or collected free in Centurion.
Box damaged
- What it is
- The carton was dented, torn or crushed in transit. The appliance inside is new and unused; we check it before it goes on the floor.
- Warranty
- One year from us on large appliances.
- Getting it home
- Collected from the warehouse: pay online and collect, or come and see it first.
Ex-demo
- What it is
- A display unit from a showroom floor. It may carry light handling marks; it has been tested and works as new.
- Warranty
- One year from us on large appliances.
- Getting it home
- Collected from the warehouse, so you can see the unit you are buying.
Pre-owned
- What it is
- Second-hand. Checked and working, with any marks shown in the photos or described on the listing.
- Warranty
- Checked and tested before sale. Ask us about cover on a specific unit.
- Getting it home
- Collected from the warehouse.
